  • Payment: Payment is required at the time of order via our secure payment system unless otherwise agreed upon via a wholesale contract.

3. Wholesale & Special Orders Inquiries made via the Site for wholesale accounts or bulk orders are requests and do not constitute a confirmed booking until confirmed by a Final Batch representative and any required deposit or payment is processed.

4. Intellectual Property All content on this Site, including the Final Batch logo, product photography, and text, is the property of Final Batch Gluten Free Cookies LLC and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce any content without prior written permission.
