  • Where are you located? Our main operations are based in Orem, Utah. As a wholesale-focused bakery, you can find our products at various local partner locations or order directly through our website.

  • Do you offer local pickup? Yes, local pickup options are available during specific windows. You will be able to select your preferred pickup time and location during the checkout process on our site.

  • Can I place a custom order for an event? Absolutely. We specialize in large batches for weddings, corporate events, and parties. Please contact us at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability for custom or bulk requests.

  • Do you offer dairy-free or vegan options? While our primary focus is gluten-free baking, we are constantly expanding our menu. Please check the specific product descriptions on our Ordering Page for current dairy-free or vegan offerings.

  • How should I store my cookies? To keep your cookies fresh, store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, our cookies freeze beautifully! Just wrap them tightly and thaw at room temperature when you are ready for a treat.

  • What is the best way to reheat them? For that “fresh out of the oven” experience, we recommend popping your cookie in the microwave for 8 to 10 seconds or in a 180°C oven for 2 minutes.

  • What is your return policy? Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
